It was much easier to find bunny books than anything else. I wanted to draw a solstice on the wall…
Q: How do you draw a solstice?
A: Matzo ball soup.

Trying to decide what to do with these tiny novella covers I cut out in a moment of blind passion yesterday. Step on them? Make a house of cards, and step on that? I’m leaning towards making a small book, perhaps a flip book with illustration, but that seems too obvious…
Photograph taken next to a freakishly small foot, to show scale.
Ideas?

Perfect. Everything perfect.

After about five minutes of really deep thinking, I decided to make a Melville House of cards in a bottle. It would still be fun to step on, but for now it will stay safely displayed in the window of the bookstore. Someday I will toss it into the ocean, hoping it floats ashore somewhere where Kurtz can find it.
